Do we need a large technology budget?
No. We start with one workflow and the tools you already pay for. Anthropic offers discounted Claude Team and Enterprise plans to eligible nonprofits, verified through Goodstack, as of September 2026. A useful first step is often team enablement rather than custom software.
How do we protect donor and participant information?
We write down what the workflow may read, who can use it, what gets flagged to you, and which records stay out entirely. In practice that means a business or team plan rather than personal accounts, and no health or case notes in general-purpose chat.
Will this replace staff?
The goal is to remove repeated administrative work, not the relationships and judgment your mission depends on.
Where should we start?
