What we build

Three kinds of custom agent work.

A custom AI agent is a system that gathers its own context, takes bounded actions in your tools, and stops for a human at the points where judgment matters. We build them for teams in Tampa Bay and remotely.

Agents are useful when they understand the workflow around the task.

A useful agent needs more than a model call. It needs the right context, permissions, tools, review points, and failure path. It also needs to fit the way the team already works.

We build agents and automations around those details. That can mean customer follow-up, internal research, document generation, coding-agent workflows, or recurring operations work that should not be rebuilt by hand every week.

Proof

What this looks like in practice.

Three builds, each starting from a workflow someone was doing by hand.

Common questions

Questions we get before an agent build.

What happens before you build anything?

A workflow audit. We map the real inputs, decisions, tools, review points, and failure modes of one workflow before proposing any system. If the audit shows the work does not need an agent, we say so.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

No. Agents are built around your existing stack, permissions, and approval paths. Connecting to those tools is usually done with an MCP server rather than by moving your team onto something new.

Who owns the system after launch?

Your team. Every engagement ends with the prompts, system instructions, documentation, and operating notes handed over, so the people who own the workflow can keep changing it without us.

Do you only work with Tampa companies?

We are based in Tampa, Florida and work on-site with teams across Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Remote engagements run the same way, with the embedding phase done over video.
