Team workshop

An AI workshop on your work, not a demo dataset.

A full-day artificial intelligence workshop for the people who own a process. They use their own tools and their own files. Live in Tampa Bay, or remote.

The premise

AI tools are easy to buy. Making them reliable is the hard part.

Most teams already have seats. What they do not have is a workflow someone will actually run: defined inputs, a review point, and a person who owns the output. Buying Claude is not adoption. A full-day workshop is how we start one process with the people who do the work.

What it is

Full-day. Your team. The work you already do.

We collect the repeated tasks before the session. During the day, people build prompts and workflows against those examples, in the tools they already use. They leave applying AI to real work, not notes about someone else's use case.

Where we run it

On-site in Tampa Bay. Remote otherwise.

Live workshops and demos in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater, in the room with the people who own the process. Teams outside Tampa Bay run the same full-day format over video. Either way, they use their own files.

When to trust, edit, or escalate.

The core skill is reading output critically: knowing which parts to verify, which to rewrite, and which tasks should never have been delegated in the first place.

How to describe work clearly.

Most bad output traces back to a vague request. Teams practice stating inputs, constraints, format, and what a good result looks like.

Which work deserves a system.

Sessions usually surface one or two processes that should not stay as a chat window. Those become enablement, a custom build, or nothing at all. If the process needs live system access, that is workflow automation consulting, not a connector tour.

Start with the process you already run.

We run the same workshop for real estate, law firms, nonprofits, and ecommerce teams. The industry changes. The rule does not: start with one process.

Common questions

What teams ask before they book.

Bring one process your team repeats every week.

Tell us the audience, the tools, and the workflow you want covered. On-site across Tampa Bay, or remote. That is altr.
